Square One awarded No. 1 restaurant in Vietnam by Miele Guide awards

Square One Restaurant at the Park Hyatt Saigon has been awarded No. 1 restaurant in Vietnam by the Miele Guide Awards in their 2009/2010 edition of The Miele Guide.

The Guide features 450 restaurants across 16 Asian countries, Brunei, Cambodia, China (including Hong Kong and Macau), India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Laos, Malaysia, Nepal, the Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.

Square One was also listed as one of 82 Hot Tables in Conde Nast Traveller 2006. The restaurant is a smart, atmospheric and contemporary venue, designed with colorful Vietnamese-inspired latticework and brick patterns. It has five open kitchens offering authentic Vietnamese seafood and high-quality Western steaks.

Square One recently launched its Square One Terrace which is available for cocktail parties or business gatherings. Located on the mezzanine floor overlooking the elegant Opera House, Square One Terrace offers an outdoor venue for special events or celebrations that can accommodate up to 100 persons.
